Zimbabwe Impasse
The United States shares the concern of United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon about the negative effect the impasse is having on the people of Zimbabwe, who continue to suffer terribly. The United States will continue to provide food aid and other humanitarian assistance to assist the people of Zimbabwe.

Pakistan: Followup on the Strategic Partnership Meeting
"These people that are attacking Pakistan, they’re attacking Pakistan’s leaders, they’re attacking Pakistan’s people, they’re attacking Pakistan’s institutions and society, and they’re trying to change the way of life that ordinary Pakistanis aspire to: a more modern life, a more open life, a life as part of the world.
