Special Events & Outreach Coordinator

The Special Events and Outreach Coordinator oversees all aspects of public events staged and/or attended by the Federal Duck Stamp Office. The Coordinator organizes the annual Federal Duck Stamp Contest, which attracts over 200 nationwide wildlife artists vying for the first place prize – to have his/her art chosen for next year’s Federal Duck Stamp. The Coordinator also plans and organizes any event that promotes or highlights the program such as the First Day of Sale event. The Coordinator represents the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at many different fairs, festivals and conservation events across the nation.
