Searching Across Jurisdictions

Using some of the specialized database on Westlaw, you can search across multiple jurisdictions for various topic areas, such as products liability cases in states or federal product liability suits. The database identifier for multistate products liability cases is MPL-CS. For federal cases, it is FPL-CS. Similar compilations can be found by reviewing the Practice-Area materials in your Database Directory or using the pull down folders in the Topical Materials by Area of Practice.
