National Arbitration Center

The National Arbitration Center contains a searchable database of Arbitrators and Arbitration Awards from LawMemo.com. The Arbitrator Biographies can be browsed alphabetically or by state. Contact and background information is provided for each arbitrator as well as links to awards they have decided. The awards can either be searched by keywords or browsed by date. There is also an Arbitration Blog with the most recent entries listed on the NAC's main page.

Included on this site are links to other arbitration resources such as the Federal Arbitration Act, the National Rules for the Resolution of Employment Disputes from the American Arbitration Association, and A Guide to ADR Links arranged by Deborah S. Laufer, Esq.
