Assistant Secretary CSRA Decisions and Orders

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

The Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 (CSRA) and the Foreign Service Act of 1980 (FSA) establish standards of conduct to ensure basic standards of democracy and financial integrity in unions representing federal employees. Assistant Secretary Decisions and Orders represent final decisions by the OLMS in complaints filed pursuant to the standards of conduct regulations.
