Oak Grove Man Sentenced for Distributing Methamphetamine OCT 09 -- (Minneapolis) A 26-year-old Oak Grove man has been sentenced in federal court for possessing with intent to distribute the highly addictive and dangerous drug methamphetamine. On October 7, 2008 in Minneapolis, United States District Judge David Doty sentenced Daniel Duane Collins to 84 months in prison and five years supervised release on one count of possession with intent to distribute 50 or more grams of methamphetamine.
