Opportunities for Experienced Attorneys

  • Qualifications:
    • J.D. degree for at least one year (or LL.M. or other graduate law degree in addition to a J.D.)
    • Licensed and authorized to practice as an attorney under the laws of a state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
  • How to apply:

Attorney General's Honors Program

The Attorney General's Honor Program is the primary way the Antitrust Division hires graduating law students.

Summer Law Intern Program

The Summer Law Intern Program (SLIP) is the Department's competitive recruitment program for compensated summer internships.

Volunteer Internship Program

Law students who want to gain work experience with the Antitrust Division may apply for a position as a volunteer (without compensation).
