Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC)
ATTC is a nationwide, multi-disciplinary resource that draws upon the knowledge,
experience and latest work of recognized experts in the field of addictions.
The Network offers extensive resources such as Web sites and list serves
both at regional and national levels. In addition, the ATTC offers a range
of distance-learning opportunities.
Centers for the Application of Prevention
Technologies (CAPT)
The primary mission of CAPT is to bring research to practice by assisting States/
Jurisdictions and community-based organizations in the application of the latest
research-based knowledge to their substance abuse prevention programs, practices,
and policies.
Department of Defense Counter-Narcoterrorism
Technology Program Office (CNTPO)
DoD Counter-Narcoterrorism Technology Program Office is responsible for developing
and demonstrating technologies, and specific counterdrug system solutions to
enhance the counterdrug capabilities of the Department of Defense and civilian
drug law enforcement agencies.
Drug Court Technology
The Drug Courts Program Office has developed a training and technical assistance
initiative to help drug courts build technology and evaluation systems.
National Law Enforcement and Corrections
Technology Center (NLECTC)
NLECTC provides criminal justice (law enforcement, corrections, and the courts)
professionals with information on technology, guidelines and standards for
these technologies, objective testing data, and science and engineering advice
and support to implement these technologies.
