Felver; Frame - William R. Burnell; Letters - William R. Burnell; Numerals - William R. Burnell. First Day of Sale: July 1, 1967. Issue: 1967 - Thirty-fourth Duck Stamp (ninth $3 stamp). Quantity Sold: 1,934,697.

Inscription: Front - "U.S. Department of the Interior. Void after June 30, 1968. Migratory Bird Hunting Stamp. $3. Old Squaws." Back - "Duck Stamps dollars buy wetlands to perpetuate waterfowl. It is unlawful to hunt waterfowl unless you sign your name in ink on the face of this stamp."
