North Korea: Delegation Visit to the U.S. (Taken Question)

Question: Can we confirm reports that a North Korean delegation will be visiting New York November 7?  Are State Department officials involved?
 
Answer: We understand that a delegation from North Korea will travel to the U.S. later this fall for meetings with U.S. NGOs.  State Department participation in the meetings has not been determined at this time.
