Lucio, MLFTF Coordinator (225) 620-4561   Task Force Fugitive Arrest   Task Force Fugitive Arrest, Middle District of Louisiana: On 3/27/08, George A. Julien was arrested by investigators from the Middle Louisiana Fugitive Task Force (MLFTF). Julien was wanted by the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office (APSO) for Aggravated Battery from an incident in July of 2006 and Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, Aggravated Burglary, and Illegal Use of a Weapon in connection with a December 3, 2006 incident. Julien is also considered a suspect for his role in a drive-by shooting that occurred in February 2008. MLFTF obtained information that Julien was hiding out in Modeste, Louisiana. Julien was observed by MLFTF investigators near a residence in Modeste and took him into custody without incident.
