Arrest of Kenneth Henderson Miller |
|
The U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive
Task Force arrested Kenneth Henderson Miller, 49 years old, at
approximately 8:00am on January 14, 2008. Miller was wanted for
being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Breaking and Entering, and
Robbery. The charges all stemmed from a September 21, 2007 home
invasion robbery that Miller allegedly committed in Newport News,
Virginia.
Earlier this month, First State Fugitive Task Force Members received
information from the U.S. Marshals in Norfolk, Virginia that Miller
may be in the Wilmington, Delaware area. After a brief investigation
and surveillance, Miller was arrested at a residence located in the
800 block of West 6th Street, Wilmington by Task Force Officers from
the U.S. Marshals Service, New Castle County Police Department,
Delaware State Police, and Wilmington Police Department.
Miller was immediately transported to the Wilmington Police
Department for his arraignment and extradition hearing pending his
return to Virginia. |
