WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service (CRS) Director Sharee M. Freeman will give remarks at the 30th Annual Convention titled "Entering a Fourth Decade: A Call to Leadership" of the National Conference of Black Mayors in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ms. Freeman will address the Standing Committee on Criminal and Social Justice from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 29, 2004.
