Supreme Court Decisions

Decisions of the Supreme Court are available online shortly after they are released by the Court.   Three free sources for current and past decisions on the Internet are the official Supreme Court website, the Legal Information Institute at Cornell University, and the Findlaw service.   Another source (also free) for opinions issued from 1937-1975 is the FLITE Archive that has been made publicly available by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
