Courtroom Etiquette
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled hearing in order to be cleared by security on time.
- No soliciting of any kind.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or an adult. Parents with Court hearings whose young children are not in proceedings should not bring their children to Court.
- The use of cellular telephones, beepers and cameras must be turned off prior to entering the Court. Federal regulations prohibit the use of any recording devices in the hearing.
- Please be courteous to others, no talking during hearings.
- If you are appearing in Court, please dress in business-type clothing.
- Food, beverages and chewing gum are not permitted in the Courtroom.
- No reading of Newspapers, Books, Magazines, and/or other reading materials during Court Sessions.
