We do not have local rules. In their place we follow the Immigraton Court Practice Manual.
- Where do I pay for a fee?
Filing fees are paid at the DHS office in Denver. We do not accept filing fees. This site contains a list of the fees for applications and motions under the Filing Fees section.
- Do you accept faxes? Does the court provide copy services?
We do not accept faxes and we do not make copies.
