The Immigration Judges in Baltimore encourage all those appearing before them to familiarize themselves with the Immigration Court Practice Manual.
The Judges also promote the use of the written and oral pleading formats outlined in the Immigration Court Practice Manual.
Parents with court hearings whose young children are not in proceedings are asked to have a responsible adult wait with the children in the reception area.
