On 3/6/89, at 54 FR 9294, OSHA published a final rule for hazardous waste operations and emergency response, 29 CFR 1910.120, in the Federal Register. On 4/13/90 (55 FR 14072) OSHA published a corrections document for that final rule which contained corrections to the preamble and regulatory text of the final rule. This document makes additional corrections to paragraph (a)(3), the definition of "uncontrolled hazardous waste site" and to paragraph (e)(9), certificate of equivalent training.
