What This Rating Means

NOT PERFORMING
Results Not Demonstrated

A rating of Results Not Demonstrated (RND) indicates that a program has not been able to develop acceptable performance goals or collect data to determine whether it is performing.
  • Annual performance measures do not support achievement of its long-term goals. Milestones and targets should reflect progress in attaining these annual goals.
  • The program does not have strategic goals; it is currently developing a strategic plan.
  • The program lacks an efficiency measure that has available data sources and clearly links to the mission and long term goals of the program.

Improvement Plan

About Improvement Plans

We are taking the following actions to improve the performance of the program:

  • Developing milestones/targets for the annual measures which will produce tangible outcomes and results.
  • Developing an operational plan that will incorporate steps needed to achieve goals as outlined in the Federal HIT Strategic Plan.
  • Developing additional performance measures that will link progress with achieving the goals of the Federal HIT Strategic Plan.
