Companies wishing to collect geological and geophysical data on the OCS prior to a lease sale must obtain a permit from the Resource Evaluation Office of MMS. A non-refundable service fee is required to be paid at the time of submission of the application.  For more information on MMS's cost recovery service fees and how to submit an online payment, click here.
