The BPA Energy Efficiency Strategic Marketing Plan (SMP) developed by Summit Blue Consulting lays out a strategy for Energy Efficiency to promote continuous improvement in its marketing efforts and to help BPA achieve its ambitious regional conservation targets.
The SMP includes an assessment of EE’s current marketing practices, a review of best practices in the utility industry, and recommendations on how to move toward the identified best practices.
