Manufactured Housing

When it comes to choosing a new electrically heated manufactured home, energy conservation measures give you the most for your money. These measures can save a third of more of your space heating costs.

Extra insulation in the floor, ceiling, and walls helps reduce heating and cooling bills. High performance windows hold heat in during the winter and out during the summer. A controlled mechanical ventilation system exhausts stale air and odors, while fresh air circulates evenly throughout the whole house. Holes are caulked and sealed wherever plumbing and wiring are installed, and around all windows and doors.
