D-4Production transferred domestically
D-5Sales/production did not decline and there was no shift production to Mexico/Canada
D-6No employment declines and no shift in production or other (layoffs unrelated to imports; layoffs were temporary)
TTermination - investigation was terminated prior to a decision (petition withdrawn, workers covered by another certification, etc.)
