The Human Rights Abuse Reporting Site

The United States encourages victims of human rights abuses in Cuba to speak up and call those responsible to account. Anyone with knowledge of human rights abuses by Cuban authorities, including abuses by members of the military and security forces, may now report those incidents to the State Department by submitting the information through a new secure web page. In keeping with the recommendations of the Commission for Assistance to a Free Cuba, the State Department will review all information provided through this initiative.
