U.S. Secretary of Education Rod Paige will deliver his annual back-to-school speech from the National Press Club on Monday, Sept. 9 at 1 p.m. EDT. The speech, "Confronting Challenges to Change," will be webcast live and available live via satellite. The coordinates are listed below.
