Those are useful questions. They cause me to fall back into my politically-incorrect limited-govt stance that the fed shouldn't be involved in education (yikes, here we go). But as to the above text: to the extent that ANY organization is fighting to prohibit--via law--the private funding of ANYTHING then, hells bells, i'll fight them myself.
