Does the above constitute a complaint or a discussion? A complaint is a
discussion killer. Sherry's comment was a pithy piece of analysis.

The piece I posted was (1) news (and not simply a narrow advocacy piece)and
(2) a report from a member of congress (the last time I looked that meant
they held an elected position in the federal government--despite what King
George and his national security state caudillo might have us think).

Frankly, the reason I posted it was because NIFL-ESL was boring me to death.
But despite 3 months of boredom, did you see even a single complaint posted
from me? No. The reason is because I (1) save and respond to the posts that
interest me and (2) quickly delete the ones that don't interest me (the vast
majority of NIFL-ESL posts lately--with the exception of Lisa's complaint).
