05-02-2008. Deputy Secretary Scarlett honored outstanding volunteer Adele Fenwick with the President's Volunteer Service Award at this Saturday's Take Pride in America® volunteer project at the C & O Canal National Historical Park. Fenwick has given more than 3,000 hours of volunteer service over the course of her life, and 300 hours of service over the last year.
