"We've moved on to the audience section. At this point we've chosen children
as our broad audience, but we haven't made any more decisions beyond that.
Because we're targeting children, we'll probably need to collect some
information from parents. Dan says that there could be a wide range of
behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs in a group this broad. Determining gaps and
conducting formative research is going to impact who we choose for our specific
audience. We've identified a few information gaps…"
