Introduction
In phase 1, you learned how to make some broad decisions based on available
information. You also learned to identify some information gaps. Now, in phase
2, you will make sure you've identified all information gaps, and then learn how
to use formative research to fill those gaps, thereby informing decisions made in phase 3, strategy development.
Before you start with planning formative research, check with your
organization to determine what policies govern data collection and/or research.
Make sure you know what is required and that you follow any rules or policies
put in place by your organization. |
