With the exception of PM10 samplers, which shall be by 1 year after September 16, 1997, and PM2.5, which shall be by 3 years after September 16, 1997: (a) Each NAMS must be in operation, be sited in accordance with the criteria in Appendix E to this part, and be located as described in the AIRS database; and (b) The quality assurance requirements of appendix A to this part must be fully implemented for all NAMS.
