Office of External Relations (OER) Organization Structure

OER is organized into seven divisions. A matrix approach within the Office allows for provision of support to each NASA Mission Office and for specific country or regional issues of interest to the Agency. The OER organization chart and a brief description of each organizational element follow. In addition to its personnel at NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC, OER has representatives in Russia, Europe, and Japan. OER also maintains liaison positions with the Department of Defense (DoD) in Omaha, Nebraska and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
