Food Allergies: What you need to know
This FDA
food allergy fact sheet
suggests avoidance of food allergens and early recognition and
management of allergic reactions to food as important measures to
prevent serious health consequences. Areas addressed include facts
relating to food anaphylaxis, food labeling, common signs and symptoms
of food allergies, and what to do if allergic reactions occur.
