Adjournments will be granted for good cause shown no later than 11:00 a.m. on Court day.

Resolution of Vehicle and Traffic Violations:

A. By Mail

1. A not guilty plea is made by signing and dating Part B on the back of the summons and mailing it to the Court, the Court will then mail you a date to return.

2. A guilty plea is made by signing and dating Part A and mailing the summons to the Court, the fine will be determined by the Judge, and mailed back to you, this then must be paid promptly.

Please do not ask the Court Clerk to transfer a matter from one Judge to another.

Bail:

Bail is set to assure the appearance of the party charged and will be held by the Court until final disposition of the charges.

Civil Jurisdiction:

Call the Court Clerk to inquire about Civil and Small Claim matters.
