Introducing the New FAI Trouble Ticket System
The Federal Acquisition Institute has replaced its email service with an online customer service ticket system. The ticket will provide FAI.gov users with an efficient service to send their inquiries to FAI. The ticket also allows FAI customer service agents to promptly identify concerns and expedite responses.
To access the FAI Online Customer Service Ticket, please visit the Contact Us Page or click here.
