The Weatherization and Intergovernmental Program facilitates the adoption of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies in the United States and across the world.

To achieve this goal, the program provides technical assistance and analysis to help decision makers in state and local governments, Indian Tribes, and foreign nations examine which set of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies is right for them.

The Weatherization and Intergovernmental Program also manages the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) grant and incentive programs to states and Indian tribes, including:
