STATE OF MISSOURI The Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse, in the Missouri Department of Mental Health, provides workplace substance abuse programs through a network of local agencies and area offices. The Division sponsors seminars (in cooperation with appropriate chambers of commerce) in major population centers. These seminars target small-to-medium sized businesses. In addition, the Division provides basic information, materials, and technical assistance to interested employers.
