Description: OFFICE OF ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE The Office of Alcohol and Drug Abuse (OADA) in the State of Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals conducted a Drug Free Workplace Survey. As a result, OADA developed a Resource Book, designed specifically for small business. The Resource Book is a comprehensive guide for employers to help them recognize the problems of substance abuse in the workforce.
