For incidents with 2 victims, the percentage began at 2.4 in 1976 and rose, reaching a high of 4.0 in 2003. After 2003, the percentage decreased, reaching 3.7 in 2004, before increasing, reaching 3.8 in 2005.

For incidents with more than 2 victims, the percentage began at 0.6 in 1976 and increased to 0.7 in 1977. Then the percentage decreased to 0.5 in 1984, before increasing to 0.7 in 1985. Then it decreased to 0.5 in 1986, before increasing to 0.9 in 2003. Then the percentage fluctuates with a low of 0.7 as it decreases to 0.8 in 2005.
