SEBRING: The National Farmworker Jobs Program, Housing Assistance Program for Program Year 2007 serves economically disadvantaged persons who primarily depend on employment in agricultural labor performed within the United States, including Puerto Rico, and who experience chronic unemployment and underemployment. Under the Housing Assistance program, Grantees will provide permanent or temporary/ emergency housing, or a mix of both, to enable migrant and seasonal farmworkers to retain employment.
