San Antonio, TX -- State and federal officials announce the opening of two additional Disaster Recovery Centers to assist those affected by Tropical Storm Fay.
Open: Oct. 7, 8 & 9 Hours: 9-6 Community Center 411 N. Willow Pearsall, TX 78061 |
Open: Oct. 14, 15 & 16 Hours: 9-6 County of Matagorda Office Building 2200 7th St. Bay City, TX 77414 |
The following three Disaster Recovery Centers remain open 7 days a week. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Personnel staffing the center can answer questions and provide recovery information as well as written materials about various assistance programs available to individuals and business owners. Some disaster programs include temporary housing assistance, individual and family grants, low interest SBA disaster loans, disaster unemployment assistance and crisis counseling.
