Happy Holidays to everyone and thanks for sending your questions. E-Gov is celebrating its 4th Anniversary and I am proud of what the Administration has accomplished through President Bush’s E-Gov Initiatives and Lines of Business these past four years. E-Government is a collaborative effort by our federal agencies. E-Gov is successful because of agencies' commitment to it, and I congratulate them on this 4th Anniversary for their successes.

Seasons greetings to everyone and thanks for sending your questions. Christmas is a busy and joyful time in the White House Social Office. The President and Mrs. Bush have extended holiday invitations to over 10,000 people for 24 parties over a period of 20 days. They personally greet and take photographs with all their guests, wishing them the best for the coming new year.

I am honored to lead the PMI because we are saving lives in Africa now and our goal is to reduce malaria-related mortality by 50 percent in 15 target countries by reaching 85 percent of the most vulnerable groups - children under five years of age and pregnant women - with proven and effective prevention and treatment measures.

This morning, I was at the White House, where President Bush announced the latest results achieved by his Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), which has supported antiretroviral drug treatment for over 822,000 people in 15 severely affected countries in the developing world.
