Customer Relationship Managers (CRM)

Overview

Within FMS, Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) serve as the central point of contact for Federal Program Agencies (FPAs). Using a "Holistic Approach," CRMs can help FPAs to improve cash management practices governmentwide.

CRMs are experts in customer agency programs, business lines, and regulations. They can troubleshoot customer agency problems, which may emerge, broker meetings and information exchange, and track statistics on customer cash flows and program activities.
