Gineen Bresso Beach, of Florida, to be a Member of the Election Assistance Commission for the remainder of the term expiring December 12, 2009, vice Caroline C. Hunter, resigned.
Deborah Hersman, of Virginia, to be a Member of the National Transportation Safety Board for a term expiring December 31, 2013. (Reappointment)
Sung Y. Kim, of California, a Foreign Service Officer of Class One, for the rank of Ambassador during his tenure of service as Special Envoy for the Six Party Talks.
Thomas Marcelle, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York, vice Frederick J. Scullin, Jr., retired.
