These materials are ready for immediate classroom and courtroom experiences. They are designed to be the focus of a high school class visit to a local federal courthouse, however, they also can be used effectively in classrooms. The events have the following characteristics in common. They are:
- Participatory, true-to-life courtroom simulations.
- Hosted by federal judges with local attorneys.
- Inclusive of all students as active jurors and lawyers.
- Based on recent Supreme Court cases that have an impact on young people.
