Donation Information to Support Victims of Hurricane Ike. FEMA has requested interested individuals go to Aidmatrix Foundation’s online portal, which is designed to make it as easy as possible to offer financial support or product donations, or to donate skills and time to nonprofit organizations active in disaster relief.  To make a contribution or to volunteer, visit www.aidmatrixnetwork.org.

If you have applied for FEMA assistance BEFORE the President officially declared all counties in the 8th Congressional District major disaster areas, and you were denied help as a result, you should get in touch with your FEMA contact again and ask to be reconsidered. You should not reapply, nor should you go through an appeal.
