SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- A telephone hotline - (800) 310-7032 - for freeze disaster victims seeking free legal assistance will close this Friday, July 30, according to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Provided by the Young Lawyers of the California Bar Association, the referral hotline is for people who were affected by last December's freeze and, as a result, are having difficulty with evictions, foreclosures, leases and legal notices.
