Undergraduate Salary Structure

Salaries are evaluated from students' current transcripts based on college academic progression and hours completed in a degree program.

HS+2 Sophomore	Completion of Sophomore year and 48* cumulative credit hours earned. Salary Cap for AA Degree Students	$25,768	$12.39
HS+3 Junior	Completion of Junior year and 72* cumulative credit hours earned (minimum of 15 hours in upper division course work)	$28,954	$13.92
HS+4 Senior	Completion of Senior year and 96* or more cumulative credit hours earned. Salary Cap for Bachelor’s Degree Students until Degree is Completed	$32,483	$15.62
Post Baccalaureate Undergraduate Program	Bachelor’s Degree Awarded (1 year maximum appointment)	$35,974	$17.30

Salaries are based on level of education. You will receive a pay raise when:

The salary structure has been revised and/or
You have completed the additional schooling required to advance up the salary structure as determined by the annual salary review process. Salaries are based on the number of credit hours completed and progression in an undergraduate or graduate program. It is the student's responsibility to provide the Education Program Office with the most up-to-date transcripts and documentation.
