Salary Increases
Salaries are based on level of education. You will receive a pay raise when:
- The salary structure has been revised and/or
- You have completed the additional schooling required to advance up the
salary structure as determined by the annual salary review process.
Salaries are based on the
number of credit hours completed and progression in an undergraduate or graduate program. It is
the student's responsibility to provide the Education Program Office with
the most up-to-date transcripts and documentation.

Eligibility Requirements
- Provide documentation of acceptance into an undergraduate academic program,
- Enroll in and successfully complete a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester in an accredited college or university degree program, and
- Initially have and maintain a cumulative 2.8/4.0 GPA
