NOAA Weather Radio station WWH-27 provides continuous weather information and forecasts for northeast Oregon. Counties in the broadcast area include Morrow and Umatilla.

Hermiston NOAA Weather Radio is a cooperative effort between NOAA's National Weather Service (NWS) and the Oregon Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP). The broadcast originates from the NWS in Pendleton and transmits from Sillusi Butte near Plymouth Washington on a frequency of 162.425 MHz.

The Hermiston NOAA Weather Radio Transmitter is located at Sillusi Butte, Washington at an elevation of 1184 feet.
