Sec. 180.905  Pesticide chemicals; exemptions from the requirement of a 
tolerance.

    (a) When applied to growing crops, in accordance with good 
agricultural practice, the following pesticide chemicals are exempt from 
the requirement of a tolerance:
    (1) [Reserved]
    (2) N-Octylbicyclo(2,2,1)-5-heptene-2,3-dicarboximide.
    (3) Petroleum oils.
    (4) Piperonyl butoxide.
    (5) [Reserved]
    (6) Pyrethrum and pyrethrins.
    (7) Rotenone or derris or cube roots.
    (8) Sabadilla.
    (b) These pesticides are not exempted from the requirement of a 
tolerance when applied to a crop at the time of or after harvest.
